Because of Jacob I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a auto service shop. He was clean, personable, professional and treated me with respect. I’m so used to bad service at just about any business i deal with that it is actually shocking to deal with a professional like Jacob. There’s not many dedicated employees like him these days.
