I visited because there was an odd noise coming from the front, right side of the car and it only happened when I was making a sharp, right turn (into a parking space for example). They said a rock was in there and that’s what was causing the noise. I was charged the full diagnostic fee for this, which is ridiculous. It probably took less than 5 minutes to get the rock out. I bought some filters, which were very dirty, which makes me wonder if they were even checked during the last oil change visit I had. I’m not sure if I’ll continue to go there for service. I might as well go to Dobbs.
