I got stranded at work and had to walk to the dealership because whoever was communicating with me from +****-****-xxxx abandoned me. They stopped responding and no one would answer the phone. Not service, operator, parts, or sales. My fear was everyone went home and I had no way to get home. My only option was to walk from work to there in 95 degrees with 100% humidity. I get there to find service Is still there and the shuttle can driving around. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! You send me flyers wanting my business but this experience says you definitely do not.

It’s unfortunate that the good work that your sales and mechanics portray is completely destroyed by the service department. This is the second time I have taken my car in, and waited for an hour to be checked out. It’s a shame that I have to pay for a mechanics time when my time, and watching my car be pulled out on the parking lot…and sitting there for 55 minutes to be checked out….is truly not worth anything to your team. To say the least I am disappointed in your service. Not looking for anything at all from you but you have definitely lost a future purchase from me. I know it probably means nothing so take it for what it’s worth to your bottom line.
