I have called several times to talk to my device provider, once yesterday and the person told me he left him an email. Then this morning and the person said he read the email and should be getting back to me. Here it is 2:15 and I still haven’t heard from him. Same thing happened when I brought my car in for a tire repair. They never got back to me with a price or availability and the my car was useless to me for a week. This tells me I ( the customer is not worth your time) to keep me informed.

I booked my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation (A1 service). When I dropped my car off I told them it was there for A1 service. When I received my vehicle report online after the initial inspection I again said that all I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. That evening after I brought the car home, I took a closer look at my statement and noticed it didn’t say anything about the tires being rotated. I called the following morning to see if it was perhaps a mistake and just left off the statement. I was told they would look into it and a tech would call me back, but I never heard a word.

Jacob did a great job. For over 12 years we have had all our maintenance on both our 2011 Odyssey and our 2012 Pilot done at Leta. They continue to run great! Both with over well over 200K miles. I would recommend your service department to anyone.
