The oil change went well, no issues there. When I dropped the car off, Jacob told me he would text updates and let me know when the car was ready. I told him that was fine and that I need to pick up the car by 1:00/1:30 to pick my granddaughter up from school. I waited until 1:00, no text from Jacob, so I called. Oil change was done and he said he was delayed in texting me because he was waiting to hear about parts for my 60k mile service needs. When I looked at the 60k recommendation printout, there were no parts. It was all flushes/fluids. I think he was either busy or distracted. He was apologetic and nice.

Twice our CRV displayed an error on the dash that literally says “See your dealer”. The service department was unable to determine the problem, stating that there are no recorded errors. Honda needs to update their software in their cars to record these errors.

I brought my car in early Saturday morning (9:30 am apt)for an oil change, new tires, and any additional work it needed. I was told my vehicle would be ready for pickup that afternoon. To begin with I had requested Michelin Defender tires when I originally scheduled my apt over a week ago. I was told those tires were not in stock currently and he didn’t see my specific tire request and just saw I requested new tires. We agreed upon a different Michelin tire. At 4 pm I had not heard anything back. I called requesting an update. I was told my service advisor was busy and would call me back. I never received a call back notifying me my car wouldn’t be ready. I was left stranded without my car all of Saturday, Sunday, and Monday! This is very poor customer service. I contacted the dealership Monday at 10 am asking for an update. I was told my service advisor was busy snd would get back to me. Finally around 2 or 2:30 I got a call letting me know my vehicle was ready. No apology or acknowledgment of this mistake. I went to pick up my car that evening before closing and was assisted by another service agent. I got my car back and noticed the wrong tire was installed. I went back in to get this resolved. I let the dealership keep my car for another day and this time I was offered a loaner vehicle and the new service manager I was dealing with was kind enough to comp my alignment. Tuesday morning I received a call from the new service manager I was working with yo let me know that not only did I have the wrong tire installed, but also the wrong size tire was installed. In addition, the tire I had originally agreed upon actually was not available for my car at all. Ironically, I was able to get the original Defender tires I wanted that I was initially told were not available at all. I did not enjoy working with my original service agent. When he called today to let me know my vehicle was ready he still did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake. I am not impressed with the lack of communication, inaccurate information, installing tires I did not agree on, and leaving me without a car for a couple of days which was supposed to be a very straight forward same day appointment. After all these problems, I was transferred to a different service agent (James Hannon). I appreciated his communication and how he worked to reconcile these issues. In general I have been very happy with Frank Leta Honda. However, this was a huge fail and inconvenience.

My car was handled very well and the oil changed quickly. But I requested that the car be washed and the Silver detailing service would be done. Which I was going to pay for. But when I went to the car it was filthy dirty on the windshield and the car hadn’t been touched. I felt like I was just a number and being rushed through the system. It sadden me because I like dealing with the people there.
