I’m concerned with the multi break inspection. I did not include tire rotation with my service because my tires were recently rotated at Discount tires and it’s free. I was told by the service advisor that they would eyeball the brake wear, that’s not very comforting. I’m just do t know if I’ll come back in the future.

I was sold a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee with 86,000 miles on it. I currently have 89,600 miles on it. I put 3600 miles on this car. I was sold a lemon. it has oil leaks, engine mount leaks rack and pinion leaks. The engine is about to blow up And you’re telling me that I cannot get this fixed under my warranty. I will be reporting Frank Lita Honda to every social media account I have FOX two news consumer affairs. Trust pilot BBB. This is unacceptable. I purchased this car the end of December I just made my first car payment on it and you’re telling me you are not going to replace my vehicle or fix it I have to pay out-of-pocket. I’ve taken this car back to the shop three times since I’ve owned it so in the past 60 days it’s been back to the shop three times because it has broken down on me.
I came to this dealer shop because of Hondas 5 point certification check and was still sold a lemon.

We dropped off our van the night before our 7 am service appointment. Whom ever took out keys, did not check the van in. I hadn’t heard anything the entire next day so I called at 3:00 and my vehicle still had not been serviced. I appreciated that the services were performed for free because of the oversight. But, I was disappointed that I wasn’t contacted for a missed appointment even though my van was sitting on the lot.
