Vehicle was returned with nobody calling! I’m in a wheelchair and had to retrieve a neighbor so I could park the van in the garage while my neighbor then pushed my wheelchair into the garage! Obviously a different person returned the van vs who picked it up as she saw me in the wheelchair. Poor communication.

Leigha was able to special order a new set of tires that I wanted and priced it comparable to Dobbs making it more convenient to rotate for free now when getting an oil change at your dealership. Also the brake work was less and the tire alignment very reasonable. In summary, I always have good luck servicing my vehicles at Frank Leta and you don’t have to wait days or weeks for an appointment. Thanks for the great customer service!
