Stevie was able to get me in very quickly to the service department and get my card needs taken care of. I was able to drop it off and pick it up the same day and so glad that my car is in working order again..

My experience with the service advisor (female) around 11:40 on 3/11/26 was not great.
She did not address me until I asked if she was an advisor. She slid the check-out paperwork to me instructing me to sign it without giving me any information. I asked her to tell me what was done to my car (laymen's terms) and she did do so by reading exactly what was in the sheet. Again, laymen's terms and explanations would have been preferred. Despite being the only Frank Leta customer in the advisor area, I was treated as though the interaction was rushed and insignificant. This was the only time in my many interactions with service advisors at Frank Leta Honda that have been like this. This was a disappointment given the track record previously experienced.

I took my vehicle in to have a noise diagnosis. I was given the results of the inspection and the noise was narrowed down to splash shield making contact with the exhaust flex pipe. Another result of the inspection was a RF wheel bearing was making noise. I have only owned the car since October and I noticed a noise but thought it was an engine noise and didn’t give it much thought. I had the issues repaired and once I started driving I immediately noticed that the noise that I thought was an engine noise was no longer present. I realized that I had been driving on a bad bearing for a while. I appreciate the expertise of your service department and will continue to bring my vehicle to your shop. I came for emissions and saftey inspection. I was told it includes multi point inspection. After the inspection advisor told me inspection failed due to my exhaust. She told me to replace and provided cost. After checking the paper work found out only clamp or hanger is not installed properly with exhaust. Initially I was given wrong information and kind of felt deceiving me.
