One big thing is that I didn’t feel pressured into any maintenance decisions. I felt that they really cared about everything. From start to finish. They made it easy to drop my Passport early and got the work taken care of before I have to return to work. Now I will go into my work week with no burdens.

I got the feeling I shouldn’t trust her. At the beginning she inserted the EGR (engine flush type service) even though I was only planning on an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. If I wouldn’t have caught it, my service would have been much more expensive. I feel like she tried to pull a fast one.
