It was extremely easy to get an appointment and to bring my car in and someone immediately waited on me and then to issued me a courtesy car. On my return to the dealer to turn in the courtesy car and pick up my car my car salesman Zach Lawhead was gracious enough to put on the new plates to my new car.

She was totally UNFRIENDLY. Which is putting it nicely. Does not fit the Frank Leta service. And he put a chip in my windshield when removing tint. Actually the only person who was nice, the ONLY person was the little young girl that met me when I pulled my car in, and she is the same one who delivered it back to me.

I was really disappointed with it today bc they did not do the 23 point inspection at first. Then I asked for a discount which you did honor and did the inspection still. I was checking out when I found out the issues and they would have done it earlier I would have replaced the cabin filter. Also the wrong mileage tag was placed in my car too
