I dropped a vehicle I just purchased off for interior/exterior detail. I feel like it was worse than when I dropped it off. Below are some brief observations.
• Lack of Basic Cleaning: The exterior of the truck still had visible dirt, suggesting it was either not washed or poorly handled.
• Interior Neglect: The floor mats were still dirty, and there were prominent smudges across the seats.
• Damage/Safety Concern: I discovered a pit in the windshield that was not there previously (or was not brought to my attention during a pre-service walkaround).
• Improper Service Time: A professional interior/exterior ceramic application requires significant prep work and curing time. Completing this in 2.5 hours is physically impossible if done correctly, leading me to believe the product I paid for was not actually applied.
Overall I struggle to understand what took place between the time i dropped my vehicle off at 1245 through the time I picked it up at 4.

Randy was great. The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but Randy and Steve Neely arranged for a loaner so I could go home for a bit. Randy communicated well, and kept me updated thru the day. This level of service is why I keep bringing my Jeep (which i bought there) back to you instead of the Jeep dealer, which doesn't match your level of service.
