Kind of rude. Didn’t explain things well. Also when I called in Wednesday the customer service rep on the phone was a little rude (woman).

I waited in my car for probably 25-30 minutes. I signed up to wait, but I was planning to work while I waited. Being in my car for the majority of my time made that impossible. I would have appreciated being told I could head to the waiting room when I arrived vs. waiting in my car.

Mike was super! The dealership I bought my car from was covering cost and Mike had to call and play phone tag with. Like he had time for that, he was more than happy to do it. I picked up the car and it feels like the diagnostic fix may have worked. I will test drive for a few more days and see. I will be using this dealership in the future.

The "inspection" came back saying I needed over $2400 in maintenance on a car that you sold me 3 months ago. I now feel that either 1. You sold me a lemon or 2. You are trying to scam me out of more money. Either way, it has left me with a very poor opinion of your dealership.
