Danielle Ivey was very good at her job. But the add ons being more than my car payment every time I show up is concerning. How am I supposed to be confident in what I bought if you as a service are not. 3 engine cleaning services at one time. Clean the ac system because it might gum up. Do a trans service on a car with 28k miles that Hondas own website says not to do till 45k. All at a dealership that I don’t trust to change an air filter because when I let them check it the mechanic ripped them and reinstalled them. I know it was your mechanic because in the email I got sent picks of an intact air filter for both my cabin and engine filter. But when I opened them at home they were tore. I get the up sells but I honestly didn’t buy any because I didn’t trust that I needed them after looking at Hondas website.
