Tim did an excellent job answering my questions and setting appropriate expectations for the repair. His professionalism helped make the experience very comfortable. The heater core flush has drastically improved the heater performance and we are pleased with the results.

I was told my tire rod ends were bad and went and had my neighbor look at it just to see how bad they were bought the parts and the ones I was already replaced no movement at all the other side was still perfect so then we took him somewhere else to have them look at him to make sure we were doing it correctly And they said there was nothing wrong with them either

I brought my car in Friday. I waited for several hours for the diagnostics, followed by the warranty approval. The warranty company was not responding, so the service Rep told me that he would call me when he hears back. I called four times over four business days to try to get an update on my car, but no one would return my call despite being told my name and number were noted for callback. I was even told Tuesday that it was being escalated to management, and I had to call again Wednesday afternoon. I had received a text Tuesday that my car was ready, but I wanted to be sure warranty covered the repairs. I also wanted to be sure the interior light issue was addressed, which wasn't included in the original diagnostic report I received. When I finally talked to a manager Wednesday, he physically went to my car and noted the lights were not fixed and a new warranty claim was submitted. I picked my car up Friday, good as new. I feel I had very poor service due to the inability to get any information for days about the status of my car. I will only ever bring my car back to you all if I have to.
