The lift that our car was on broke and the lift company was closed that day. I had to wait till the next day for the lift company to come and fix the lift, and wait further for the service to be completed. This simple oil change should have taken a few hours but turned into over 24 hours. I wish there was some financial compensation for the inconvenience. Others, Belle was very helpful in keeping me updated on the status of the service.

I took my vehicle in for its first service at 5,000 miles, and the dealership recommended replacing the AWD differential fluid. However, the Honda manual indicates this service is not required until approximately 15,000 miles. This seemed like an unnecessary upsell

I waited 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. when I finally went and checked on why it was taking so long, i found that it had been ready for about 20-25 minutes and no one had contacted me that my car was ready. I never had this problem in the past. Always very pleased with the service.

Randy is absolutely outstanding. I have had him as a service advisor for several years running as I have been a Leta customer since 2013.
I was extremely disappointed with the last servicing I had done on my vehicle. I dropped it off as on a hot day, only hot air was coming out of the vents - there was no AC. When I picked up my vehicle, on a below freezing day, I only had cold air blowing and my steering wheel was not on straight. I had to take my car back again to have the issues corrected. This was extremely inconvenient.
