Michael was fantastic! I do have a bit of feedback for the mechanics - my child’s car seat was removed during the service and I was not notified, so I did not realize it had been removed until picking my child up from daycare. Totally understandable if a car seat needs to be removed to complete work, but please communicate this. Again - Michael was great! Just a note for the mechanics. Thank you!

Very horrible customer service. You spend thousands of dollars there and they still charge you for a diagnostic fee even when you've been a customer for years. Worked with Leigha Brouillard that had zero customer service skills and didn't try to help even when she looked at my history and saw I was never charged in the past. The manager was not available so I couldn't get my issue resolved. She treated me extremely unfair and rude!
