Shouldn’t have had to have my 2025 car in the shop at all, let alone for 6 days. Glad I was able to use a loaner, but also didn’t love the $200 hold on my card. Also, the first loaner car I had smelled horribly of smoke. I called back and they literally told me the note on the car said “smells like straight cigarettes.” This should have been disclosed. I had to return it to get a new loaner when I found out my car wouldn’t be ready for almost a week. Incredibly inconvenient and not the experience I thought I’d have buying a brand new car from you all. All that said, glad you all fit me in the next morning when I called that my car wouldn’t start and I had to call triple A. Stevie was great. The other staff I interacted with were not friendly.

The girl who checked me in seemed totally disinterested in listening to my concerns that brought me in the shop. Then I was passed off to another girl who seemed even less interested, if that's possible. Very little people or customer service skills with those two. Hoping your findings are accurate. No car wash either.

Was told by Tyler face-to-face that my car every time I bring it in is a quarter and a half low every thousand miles. I have had nonstop issues since bringing my vehicle in and having oil changes done in leaving with no oil in my car multiple times I am now facing a decision that I have potential motor failure with metal shavings in the motor and no solution. Besides, my car is perfectly A-OK to drive I purchased the service package on two other vehicles

She was very polite and I was happy with her service. I came without an appointment and she happily took my car and was able to do an oil change. What I was disappointed in was that the service technician, the dealership or Honda recommended over$2,900 worth of work to be done on a vehicle that was not having any issues and only has 44,000 miles.
