I called broken down from the side of the road with my son and dog while waiting for a tow truck to load my vehicle. The call center emplpyee who answered the call said in order to come there I needed to provide my VIN number to set up a profile and set my vehicle to come there. I explained I couldn't get it currently and she REFUSED to continue the call without the VIN number. I have never been forced to provide a VIN number at any other shop in my entire adult life. But to add that to an already extremely stressful and not supremely safe situation created a horrible new client impression.
I had my vehicle towed in and came with it and Leigha was wonderful and patient and got everything set up right away with ease and restored my confidence. She was great and everything went smoothly from there. Luckily I took the chance and still brought my vehicle in but your call center is probably costing you customers.

I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday morning and was told that they might need to keep it overnight if they had to order a part. They offered me a loner, which was great and I picked it up Wednesday afternoon. I did not hear from anyone at all on thursday, I finally reached out around 3:00 but my representative was not available and I still had not heard back from her by 4:30 so I tried calling again and was still unable to connect with her. She never did call back but I got a text message around 6:00 p.m. saying that they would need my car for another day, which I figured since the service center closed at 6:00. It ended up being fine to keep the loaner another day, but it would have been really nice to receive any kind of communication during the process so that I knew what was happening and didn't have to put my entire afternoon on hold in anticipation of having to return to the dealership.

Randy Gibson has been my favorite servicer since I had him 1st time, he has been always out of his way to help both of my vehicles other than normal oil changes since, so honest and helpful, finding ordering parts for me, giving me all options and explaining the best options and fit my budget. He also answered me when will be his working dates from his phone to help me to be able to schedule my service appts, even on his weekend or off work days. He is very hard to find servicer this day and he is the reason for me to keep my life time services on both vehicles w Frank Leta since.
