Leigha did a good job. Fyi - after getting home my wife noticed something on the side panels. I wiped it in with a micro cloth towel. Hopefully that didn't negatively effect the ceramic coating.

I was originally quoted two hours, which I was fine with. Closer to three I tracked down someone and asked what was taking so long. She said I don’t know I’m actually going to text the wheel guy now. After another hour I asked again what was going on and she asked if I wanted a car to go? Four hours and was just now offered a vehicle to leave? Why wasn’t this offered four hours ago. She said it would be another hour. I had my husband come pick me up and bring me back. I then told her that they really need to be more communicative. She said “oh I let the guy know you were not happy.” What she failed to understand was that this had nothing to do with “the guy” and everything to do with her as a service representative. She should have followed up with the guy asking if they were still on time. She should have paid attention to my ticket and the time it was taking. I should not of had to come looking for her twice to get updates.
