I dropped my car off at 830 on Saturday morning and didn't get any status updates that day. I called and tried to get answers but no one called me back. You were closed Sunday. I finally got texts on Monday. But as the day started coming to an end, i once again got no updates or calls back. At about 530, someone did call, and i had to hurry to return the loaner after hours and pick up my car before storms hit the area. On Tuesday, i got zero follow ups. I have been going to frank leta for almost all my service and maintenance over the last 12 years since I've owned my car. This was by far the most disappointed I've been and the least amount of communication and service I've received.
