Between Belle (scheduling) and Shauna, I have to say there is one heck of a team working there. Everything from scheduling until I got my car back was absolutely stellar. Fantastic, clear, upfront communication, professionalism without being inauthentic and stuffy, humor, work that was well done and quickly! Stevie the service rep did great. Whoever pulled my car out front when it was ready to go home left the windows down and it was raining! The inside of my car was soaked. I was not happy! I have never had a bad experience with this dealership until today.
