Your service techs identified a leak that needed to be repaired when I was in for an oil change. I had purchased the most expensive most comprehensive warranty pack you offered and was informed that this repair that was needed, as identified by your mechanics, was not bad enough to be repaired and therefore the warranty wouldn’t cover it. Additionally, after picking up my car without the repairs being done I was told that the manager wished to talk to me about the situation. I said great please have him (Hank) call me ANYTIME! Still waiting for that call. Leta scam warranty scam.

My vehicle had an appointment yesterday for a non working air conditioner...in less than 24 hours, the problem was identified..parts ordered and my air conditioner was fixed!! Stevie took charge, kept me updated, and I and my vehicle received another A++ appointment!! Excellent service!!

Went in to get my sunroof closed really fast and it ended up taking 4 hours to get told I have to spend 1,500 dollars to just close it. Part takes a day longer to arrive, then when I leave work again to pick up my car the sun roof doesn’t open. I am so mad it’s unbelievable.

Randy was fine and the express was great, but the price quoted for 100k mile recommendations were astounding. 7k for a 2017 ridgeline running great is way over the top. I’d prefer the technician examine the items for wear tear etc before submitting a blanket quote for items that most are not included in the service manual.

My oil gauge still reads 20% instead of 100%, which means I either did not get an oil changed like I paid for or they did not reset it

Considering we purchased the vehicle and were told it was all clear and two months later to have issues with the on board computer and being charged to diagnose it; is such a terrible business model and does not ensure the continuing business of the customer returning. Highly dissatisfied.
