Brad did a great job of gaining my confidence that he truly had my needs in mind and would make sure each of several repairs were understood and then resolved. Andrew also worked with me briefly and did a very good job. Both have commendable people skills. The service was good but this is the 4th or 5th time I had to come back and get air in my tire because it wasn't checked during the actual appt. Brent helped out the 2nd time by putting air in my tires himself. He's very friendly and has great customer service skills. Everyone should learn from him!
