This appointment was first scheduled for January 6 and postponed due to weather. We rescheduled for February 27 for a factory recall of the driver’s airbag. We went and the first thing they did was check for additional recalls and told us that both airbags were recalled. He was certain he could do the one airbag, but not sure about the other one. He would have it by tomorrow. Could we take a loaner and come back tomorrow. They knew we lived in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. We said no. So he left us to return and say they didn’t have either one and again, the loaner. We said no we would reschedule and be back. Questions. Why had he not checked for recalls before our appointment especially since he knew we were coming from Arkansas? Why did he not at least have the driver’s airbag since that was the reason for the appointment? Why did we drive to Springfield and back and not get our appointment satisfied? It cost money for food, gas, and time, since my husband had to take off work.

Andrew was extremely efficient. He went over the expected cost and let me know if it would be more, he would let me know. He was friendly and courteous. Showed me where the restroom was and made sure I felt comfortable. I informed Andrew that I could not get the air conditioner to work. He checked it with me and patiently explained where the control was and how it worked. Derek spoke with me on the phone when I called prior to my appointment. He was able to work me in. I was pleasantly surprised that they could replace my battery as well as change me oil so quickly. I am glad that my dealership has wonderful customer service. I will add many staff members greeted me or addressed ne while I waited in the refreshment area which had great coffee and refreshments. Please tell everyone thank you. Great work!
