There was a huge misunderstanding about what and how long it was going to take for some extras that I was told needed to be done My apt was at10:15 I arrived before 10:00at noon when I asked about my car they were at lunch and nothing had been done yet Had them change the oil and rotate the tires because that’s what I drove 45 mins to have done My husband wasn’t happy about the other items they were telling me that need done. We bought or prius from you and you have been doing our service since 13. First time I have been this unhappy

I scheduled my service appointment because my rear hatch wasn’t working on my 2024 Grand Highlander. They informed me that my car had 2 recalls and one of which would take awhile so they asked me to drop my vehicle off for the day. I live in Georgetown which is a 48 minute drive, and have 2 children that require transportation during the day. I asked the service department if they would give me a loaner vehicle and was informed they didn’t offer that service so in turn I had my husband schedule the day off work to drive me back and forth but it was worth it to get my car fixed before we take it on vacation. We dropped my car off at 9:40AM and they called at 3:30 and asked me to keep my vehicle overnight, I had to say no because I don’t have transportation to the service department. They also informed me that my AIRBAG recall wouldn’t be fixed, instead they prioritized the smart key and didn’t do my airbag recall they assured me they would do. Also my rear hatch still isn’t fixed. Apparently it took 6 hours to do a smart key and “diagnose” my button on the hatch has a short. I am so frustrated that I am already looking at new vehicles NOT AT TOYOTA SOUTH. I will be back so they can fix my rear hatch whenever “the part comes in” which I’m sure will take a year so now I’m stuck with a broken hatch on a brand new car that’s so hard to close. I have always been a loyal Toyota customer with a family member working at the plant but I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Toyota employees are always very friendly and so helpful every time I need something done to my car.. A big thank you to Charlie Johnson for calling Dalton Kelly to arrange to send help because I had a flat tire this morning. Two nice gentleman came to my rescue and brought an air tank to blow the tire up enough to get it to Toyota South and followed me there to make sure I arrived safely. I can’t say enough good things about their great service. Thanks to everyone at Toyota South who took care of me today and made it a good day.

Whoever hired Tammy, gets a gold star. Not only was she extremely timely and professional, she's also the perfect demographic (older female) to drive your car for a concierge service. You don't have some 20 year old punk pulling up taking your car for a joyride on the way to the dealership, you've got Tammy. Who aside from adjusting the seat and mirrors, leaves your car the way you left it and treats it with the same respect she would treat her own vehicle. Job well done for tammy, I cannot express enough, how smooth of a process she made this.

Never got any paperwork on service maintenance. Did not complete the services that were scheduled. Had my truck for 25hrs. All this adds up to why I have never had good service for the last 4 years I've been forced to come there.

Charlotte exhibited a great customer-oriented attitude and was thorough in going over the MPI with me. In addition, she happily answered any questions I had for her. Not only that, but she had even requested a shuttle to transport me back home upon finding out that I didn't have a ride and would be waiting. The gentleman who shuttled me back home, Charlie/Charles, was an awesome driver by being safe on the road while also being a pleasant converser.
