Dalton Kelley was great! He was friendly, courteous, and I appreciated him coming to find me when my vehicle was finished and going the extra effort of pulling my vehicle up for me. There was also a kind female employee who came over to everyone in the waiting area and asked if we would like a water. She took care of some of the other customers as well-great hospitality. There was confusion on what was to be included on my 25k mile service. I went online and researched and found additional services needed. I was informed they weren’t sure if it was covered and there was no way to find out, but I would have to make an appointment. I left without anyone offering to setup an appointment. I also left without my car being serviced that needed.

I had dash cameras installed in 2 vehicles. I was throughly satisfied with Lillie Webb. She was very helpful. The only issue I had was the Ash colored headliner in my 2 month old 2025 RAV4 was left with black finger print stains on it from where the tech was installing the camera. The other vehicle has black interior so you can’t see it. Once I got home and started connecting my phone to the camera, I found all these black finger print marks all across the light colored headliner.
