I don’t think it is right to have a scheduled appointment time and then the car not be worked on until an hour after the scheduled time. Therefore I waited over two hours for a routine maintenance. This is not the first time this has happened. I already drive from Mount Sterling to get the car serviced at Toyota so I think trying to uphold to a schedule appointment would be fair on Toyota’s end.

I understood that my pre-owned vehicle which I purchased in December had some prepaid oil changes remaining with it. But today I was told that this was not so. Apparently, the only person at the dealership who could resolve this matter was not there this week. So I canceled my oil change until I get back from an upcoming trip.
