Ill never deal with matt hines again. I have a bent rim that loses air over time and while trevor went to lunch not mad at trevor matt hines dealt with the warranty people and i was denied just like i was denied with my first vehicle that over time got paid for only had to pay for labor. Seems like a trend no matter what it is if someone has to depend on matt hines your **** out of luck. But thankfully i found the guy who helped me get my new vehicle who’s apart of the financial group talked to trevor and they got it lined out but again matt hines screw that guy hes worthless

The service rep checking me in did not appear to be paying attention to me during check in.
My windshield washer fluid light was on and since they top off fluids I expected it to be fixed. The rep told me everything was great and done when I checked out. I had to turn around and come back because I still had low windshield washer level lights on. Only to find out you all had no fluid. But no one told me this. The point of the rep is to relay information. I'll buy my own I suppose. Even though this should be a free service with a 2025 vehicle.
I would think you all would find a way to buy fluids you are out of from a different place or give people a heads up when they get there for a multi point inspection.

I waited almost 2 hours (I had an appointment) All I had done was tire rotation, inflation and washer fluid, I know better than to trust a dealership with something as complicated as the oil change.
The truck was returned to me with the tire stem valve caps gone. If you can’t even get that right I have to wonder what else you left off my truck.
Seems like you put your worst people on the scheduled maintenance (because it’s free). I won’t be back
