Everyone was super polite, friendly and even though the wait was longer than usual, I got to bring my fur baby who’s lessened the stress of long wait. Like that it is a dog friendly place and everyone seems to love dogs!

The plastic part by my passenger rear tire is loose again that requires a new push pin that I had replaced the appointment before this one a few weeks ago. I feel a tire while being rotated probably hit that mud flap area and raised this issue. That part rubs against tire because it moves back and forth when there is no push pin inserted. Last appointment for this to be replaced took 2 hrs to get to for a 20 second procedure for this push pin.

At one time at Toyota South when a customer had a service performed on their vehicle and they checked out at the cashier window the service technician would accompany the customer to review all of the worked performed and the costs incurred. The service technician doesn’t do that any more leaving the cashier to explain the service which they are not capable of doing. So, if the customer has a question the cashier has to go find the service tech which is a HASSLE!!
