I had dash cameras installed in 2 vehicles. I was throughly satisfied with Lillie Webb. She was very helpful. The only issue I had was the Ash colored headliner in my 2 month old 2025 RAV4 was left with black finger print stains on it from where the tech was installing the camera. The other vehicle has black interior so you can’t see it. Once I got home and started connecting my phone to the camera, I found all these black finger print marks all across the light colored headliner.

I don’t feel the service was done properly. The car was there for 3 weeks. Everytime I had to call to check on the status because I would go days without any communication as to what was going on. And then I would be told either technicians were out or the service person I was dealing with was out and nobody could answer questions. Then the parts starting adding up that I was being told needed to be replaced. It cost almost $4800 and I still don’t know if all the parts were bad. I asked how could so many parts go bad at once and was told they have no idea. Doesn’t seem at all reasonable. I asked for the parts to be returned to me but was told when a car is not under warranty the parts are thrown away. We have bought at least 10 vehicles over the years from you and found out recently when I was looking to trade that the Highlander I purchased had 2 accidents on the carfax but was told it only had 1 minor accident therefore the value was much less than I paid for the vehicle. I was never shown the car fax. Just told what it said. I’m very disappointed in the whole deal.
