Of course Toyota’s are great cars - this our fifth. With that said I must also compliment Toyota South on the superb quality of the dealership, in particular the service. Charlotte was excellent-efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was going to be charged with tire rotation before I reminded him that I purchased all my tires at Toyota South and they should be no charge for it. There has to be notation in your system for purchase record and installation that should be available to service advisors.
I was advised that brake fluid replacement that should have been recommended at 60,000 miles but it was never recommended to me. Dalton stated that there was no record of such replacement. I purchased my 2016 Toyota Highlander and have always brought my car for service at Toyota South as you can check with your computer system. It is very disappointing to find out that I did not get the recommendation in timely manner, which would have been about 40,000 miles ago. With all this aggravation, all that Dalton could offer me was $100 off the large unexpected total bill - about 4 times the original estimate for a 100,000 miles check up especially since 75% of the total cost is for labor. I feel that I am not being appreciated as a long time customer and most importantly, my level of trust toward Toyota South service advisor(s) has significantly decreased as of today considering that I did not receive the appropriate recommendation at given mileage as described above. I am hoping this can help for improvement within Toyota South service department. Thank you.
