Nothing to do with Matt. I scheduled my appointment in advance and was actually few minutes early. My appointment was for 2:15. My truck was completed at 4:10. Two hours to check an electrical plug. No one had that kind of time to sit there. In addition I’ve had problems with the trailer light plug since I bought the truck new. It cost me $75 and two hours for a truck with less than 50k miles and in addition to that I purchased the extended warranty when I bought the truck. Two grand for a warranty that’s is a complete ripoff if it cannot cover something as simple as that. My family has probably purchased 10-15 vehicles from TS and I thought you would stand behind something like this that was not caused by anything I’ve done. Very disappointed and most likely will not be back. Lexington is not that far up the road.

Dalton Kelley was great! He was friendly, courteous, and I appreciated him coming to find me when my vehicle was finished and going the extra effort of pulling my vehicle up for me. There was confusion on what was to be included on my 25k mile service. I went online and researched and found additional services needed. I was informed they weren’t sure if it was covered and there was no way to find out, but I would have to make an appointment. I left without anyone offering to setup an appointment. I also left without my car being serviced that needed.
