When a new vehicle comes into the service department there should be some way for your computer to alert them if extended warranty, warranty, tire and paint warranties. I have over the past 4 yrs had to challenge 4 charges of repairs that are covered by warranty….they had already invoiced them for charges and total charges were over $1000. It would be a great way to show customers they are valued and known by the dealership.
