My vehicle was towed into Toyota South for large fuel leak concern which I informed to service department. I also told service advisor (Lilly) that the front tires needed to be replaced as well as oil checked (maint. light ON). I also included this in check-in comments online. My vehicle was at Toyota South for 3+ days pending repair parts so I assumed service would be taken care of as was in the past. I picked up my vehicle on 9/24 evening and was told all service/repairs were completed. There was no paperwork or detailed summary report available to confirm. The maint. required light is still ON (no oil sticker replaced), and the front tires are both at 4/32" tread depth. So it seems no checks were performed on the vehicle. I will now have to schedule another appointment for service on oil and tires. Please listen to the customer as now a second visit is required.

Yes, I was extremely happy today getting my tire replaced that I got a nail in however, when they sent me the text about they did my multi point inspection. I was just there last Wednesday and had my 60,000 mile maintenance done where they did everything and I have not used my windshield wiper since then because we have had no rain in Lexington Kentucky and they said they refilled my windshield wiper fluid so did they refill it today or did they not refill it last week but anyway that’s about all I can complaint. I know it’s petty, but yeah, that should not have checked that box cause it kind of hurt me otherwise I’m very happy?

An advertisement for a $19.95 service that turns into $40 doesn’t make sense. The additional fees should be listed in the ad. Those fees are hidden in the bill and it’s impossible to see where they come from when the bill is given.
