Lillie was just fine. My disappointment is in an almost $800.00 bill for six spark plugs. I understand the plugs are in a difficult area, but the technician completed the job in two hours. $750? Get real. And how does $50 for SHOP SUPPLIES figure in for replacement of six plugs. You guys have always been fairly priced in service, up until today.
