Techs had to reset tire pressure indicators at my request. I have had to remind your staff on numerous occasions to do this with this vehicle and my 2022 Sienna.

When I called to schedule the appointment I also requested an oil change but when I get there I was told that it did not have to be done until 10,000 miles which would have been good to know when I made the appointment. Also I had to wait almost 2 hours before my vehicle was done. That is too long to wait for a multi point inspection and a tire rotation.

I drove over 50 miles to get there which means that my tires were warm/hot when the tire pressure was checked. They recorded it at 35 psi. When I left my tires were down to around 31 or 32 psi, but I didn't realize it until I was on the interstate headed home. There should be a way to cool the tires down to get an accurate psi since they are supposed to be at 35 psi when cool/cold.
