My appointment was at 7:15am. First time that I have ever scheduled one that early since I’m not a morning person:). However, I have to say Lillie’s bubbling personality won me over immediately. She even pointed out the sunrise view in the showroom. Which was beautiful! I appreciate her warmth, energy and for pointing out the beauty in a sunrise that I tend to forget to notice in the morning as I’m hustling and bustling out the door heading to work. As far my maintenance repairs, the work is excellent as alway! Shoutout to your service technicians too!

Well first thing it took almost 2 hours to rotate my tires and change the oil. After it was finished they had misplaced my keys and no one knew where they were. I went to check and see if they left them in the truck and it was locked. So I came back in and they were trying to find them. I went back outside, thinking maybe the mechanic may have bump the driver side lock by accident so I went to the passenger side. Good thing I did because I found a lug nut laying on the ground about two feet from the passenger side front wheel and noticed I was missing one on my vehicle. So I went back in and they said we found your keys, they had giving them to another customer. I told them they had another issue and showed them the lug nut that was laying on the ground. Had I not checked my vehicle who knows what wound have happed, this could have been very dangerous! And it still cost me $153 dollars and I had to wait another 25 min for them to make the repair and check everything again. I’ve always had good service here, I’ve bought 3 different vehicle from South and been please with choosing south. But this was a very critical safety issue that your shop needs to be aware of so this doesn’t happen to someone else. Thank You for allowing me to address my concerns!!

It would be nice to know ahead of time when appointments will take more than 2 hours. I had to find a way to have my daughter picked up from school. Other than that we like your service. Thanks.

I had an unexpected issue with my Rav4. Trevor got it taken care of quickly, arranged for a loaner car. I got my car back the next morning. Much appreciated!
