Don’t suspect anyone even looked for the problem or at the truck. There for nearly one and one half hour. Paid $79.50, said could fix problem for another $322.00. Couldn’t be more discouraged with such business treatment.

I had a coupon for the, what I assumed was the needed maintenance on my car. I appreciated the honesty of Joe Reeves in telling me I didn’t need all of what the coupon covered so I was charged less than what I had anticipated I was going to have to pay. Thankful for your honest employees. Great help to me as I am a widow on a fixed income.

Took over two hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. This is way too long for a scheduled appointment. I was in there last week also for my RAV 4. It took an hour and 45 minutes. Maybe you could consider having designated technicians for routine maintenance which is usually more predictable in time needed to complete.

I have been dealing with Joe since I purchased my truck. Joe is an awesome guy. He follows up with you, gives you honest advice and helps you make the best decision for you and your circumstances. I have never had a service advisor that treats you this way. Joe even took care of my wife on our Hyundai that was purchased at Gates Hyundai because of how bad we were treated there. All of the folks at Gates Toyota are top notch, I just have a preference to deal with Joe. Good Job overall to the team.

The day before we brought our Tacoma in for service & when we got home noticed there were no valve steam covers on the tires. If they had been missing when you serviced it then why was the steams not put on & charged us for them? That Service Advisor was Matt Hinds & Technician was Bryan Hammons.
