Took almost 3 hours for a simple oil change. Would have arranged to be picked up if I had known this. My cars which aren’t Toyotas will be going elsewhere for service.

Well, it beat the heck out of last visit when I waited for 6 hours only to be told the tire wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered. Was then told it wouldn't be available until late the next day or possibly the day after that. I called the next morning and a different guy told me to bring the car up - tires are delivered in the morning. I went up there and waited 3 hours for the tire to be put on. Had to go back again (this current visit) because the tires weren't balanced when they put the new one on. Exhausting. SO glad that this most recent visit went smoothly.
