I was shocked when I found out my last free oil change was going to be FREE.
I called for an appointment about three weeks ago your agent and told her my maintenance light on she said according to your records it would be October 2, 2023 for my check. I came and it was not free. I wasn’t pleased to say the least.

Matt, we are usually more than satisfied with service and have been since making first purchase in 2016.
However, I had just finished detailing my wife’s Avalon that was serviced Fri/Sat, and was surprised to see some wrappers from a little container had been knocked over—no big there but left in floor. Also, grease stains left on passenger side door interior. Also, unlike usual case, no paper mats placed before service was performed.
On the whole, these are minor things, but “sloppy,” to be honest and not at par with what we have come to expect as top notch service and attention to detail. This is the first negative experience we have had and hopefully will not be repeated. Thanks, Matt!

Service personnel need to be more aware that older people do not use social media as effectively as younger ones. We older folks need to be told we will be getting a series of text messages from service managers and that we need to remain seated in the waiting area for a service manager to bring our bill and update us on what was done to our vehicle. All service department employees are welcoming and courteous.
