This is my first experience with Toyota South. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service process. (And it will be even better once the road between Danville and Richmond is improved.) I look forward to working with you in the future. I will certainly recommend you to others.

You all did not have my oil filter and could not do the oil change. I understand that happens sometimes. The issue to me was the way it was handled. The service advisor did not attempt to offer any solutions. He just apologized. I wish he would have been proactive and not so passive. If it were me, I would have told the customer I will find out right now when we will have one. I would have made sure one was ordered. As a customer, we come to you to solve a problem. He pretty much just apologized and let walk out with no hope of a solution.

This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at another Toyota dealership. For all my other services I’ve always taken my vehicle to the dealership I purchased my car from but due to my work schedule I’ve been unable to get an appointment with them in a timely manner so I chose Toyota South and was pleased with the experience. Matt appeared to be the only service advisor on duty was extremely calm and pleasant dealing with the two customers in front of me. I was also impressed with the links I received at check in showing a video of my vehicle and after the service showing the documents related for my repair order inspection. It was a great service experience overall and I hope to return.
