Service personnel need to be more aware that older people do not use social media as effectively as younger ones. We older folks need to be told we will be getting a series of text messages from service managers and that we need to remain seated in the waiting area for a service manager to bring our bill and update us on what was done to our vehicle. All service department employees are welcoming and courteous.

Matt explained everything. It was quite expensive and I might have gotten the service done for less money somewhere else but it would have taken longer to get the problem diagnosed and repaired. So, overall I’m satisfied, so far it seems problem resolved
