Very pleased with service received. I did not have a scheduled appointment—stopped by because vehicle did not start as easily as usual that morning and I suspected battery might be going bad. I scheduled an appointment tor a brake pad replacement. I dropped my car off only to be told an hour later that they were out of the brake pads and would need to order some. It's my opinion that there should be more care taken to ensure all the necessary parts are available to cover the appointments you have scheduled each day.
