I dropped my vehicle off at 3 o’clock and was asked if there was a time I needed it ready by. I said 5 o’clock. He said that wouldn’t be a problem. I called at 4:40 to see if it was ready. He said he would check and call me back. He called back and said it would be ready by 5. My car was not ready at 5 and when I asked how much longer he said he wasn’t sure maybe 5 to 10 more minutes. My car was not ready until 5:30 and he said sorry it took so long I had to get on to them for goofing around. When I started my car the maintenance light was still on.
Not sure what is going on but for the last several services the customer service has not been acceptable.

Had dropped my Chr off at 5:30 am Wednesday morning for an oil change Toyota sent me a text around 11 saying I had missed my appointment but the cat was there and they couldn’t find the keys or whatever when my husband gets off at 2:20 goes to get the car and nothing has been done and the service guy told him that it would be a while because there weee people waiting for appointments….. I had an appointment…. They messed up not me my car was there on time

I believe the multipoint inspection is “pencil-whipped”. My horn hasn’t worked for years, but I continue to see inspection sheets that indicate it’s fine. I am left wondering “What else on that form is not actually inspected?”
