Matt was professional and very caring. Even though I was extremely late, Matt was able to get me in and take care of my vehicle in an extremely efficient and courteous manner. My late husband and I put our trust in Gates Toyota to find us the perfect vehicle for us. I called in to schedule an oil change at 5000 miles. When I arrived I told him I was there for oil change. No one ever challenged that. It even flashed a message on my forerunner that said oil maintenance required. After the service was completed I asked a question about the oil change and that is win I was told an oil change wasn’t necessary until 10k miles. I feel the whole process was very misleading and I won’t be back.

I really miss my car being washed. It was always so pleasant to receive a cleaner car after it was at Toyota for service. Since I have allergies and asthma, if I had been informed and asked if I wanted the filters changed, I would have said, Yes, please!”

Expressed a concern with a rattle I hear on the package tray in the subwoofer area. I was told if it's not a factory defect it will be a $75 diagnostic fee, the vehicle is under factory warranty, it is ridiculous to charge a fee to check a rattle that I know is rattling as well as being a major issue talking point on online forums.
