Not that this should reflect on Matt, but I feel it needs to be brought to someone's attention. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. It turns out that it needed additional work, parts needed to be ordered and I was told it would take almost all day to complete. I live out of town so it is not convenient for me to drop my vehicle off. I was willing to go ahead and leave my vehicle and asked if a loaner was available. I was told they had all been sent out to be repainted.
