Everything was as expected and above! Joe took time to go over the mutipoint inspection with me and gave me a printout. Had an issue with the air pressure check of the spare tire (was not done by the technician) so Joe and another fellow did it for me before sending me on my way. Tire was very low in pressure so made me a happy customer. Above & beyond!!!
