Dalton was excellent and answered questions readily and well. While I understand you all are likely short-staffed, the fact that I was there for two and a half hours for a tire rotation and balance was incredibly frustrating and put me behind on every other thing I had to do that day. I checked in at 9 and didn’t leave until 11:30, so no, my experiences wasn’t great or satisfying, but again, that was through no fault of Dalton’s.
