They got my truck repaired in a very short time and provided a car to drive while my truck was in the shop. They communicated everything that was going on and kept me updated.

I was there almost 2 hrs for a 25,000 miles service. I arrived at 2pm for a 230 pm appointment. A familiar lady was finishing up a customer and told me she’d be with me in a minute. A man on the side hesitated but then asked if he could help me. He never got up from his chair. I’m familiar with the routine. He didn’t do any of it but sent me to wait. Supposedly he took pictures but then scribbled a line for my signature. I was about to check on my car at 345pm when I got a text that it was done. 10 minutes later he came to get me. He gave my keys to the person behind the window. Not me. Not friendly. Not personable. No thanks. I know your people are busy but so am I. I definitely had other things to do beside waiting so long for my car. I hope he NEVER waits on me again!!! I’ll be having my husbands car there for an oil change in 10 days. All my car needed was tire rotation, multi point inspection, 2 hrs. REALLY??? Bad service when I already had an appointment and had to wait 2 weeks to get it. Sorry you guys dropped the ball this time.
