Friendly staff however was told it would take an hour, they kept my car for over 24hrs, no answers on what the issue was, didn’t check or offer to check transmission fluid which is what I wanted. $80 for nothing and communication is lacking shouldn’t take 7 hours to hear back about a car that was dropped off for a 1 hour appointment.

Please ask technicians to return the vehicle light switch to its position upon arrival. When our vehicle was brought in, the switch was set to “Auto” (as I’m sure most are). Later that evening when driving at dusk, we get flashed by incoming cars because our lights are not on. When the technician checks the lights as part of the multi-point inspection, can they put them back at the initial setting to avoid this dangerous occurrence?
