I am pleased with the checkin and checkout processes. The waiting room is pleasant with options for drinks. It is a comfortable area to wait and updates from the staff are appreciated.

Lillie did a great job, communicating, her professional approach. I’m a little disappointed in Toyota however. We purchased the Platinum Tire and Wheel protection plan for a little over $900. This is my wife’s van, and had a screw in the tire. Road Hazard. Covered by our plan. Unfortunately, Toyota South had to order a tire. Why? This is a safety issue and we have to wait for a tire to come in? My wife and three girls had to go out of town this weekend with a screw still in the tire. She can’t drive my company car so they had no choice. I have worked with car dealerships over my years with my career. I understand how things work. But safety? Very disappointing.
