I am very pleased with the service received 12/30/23. The service was fast and efficient. I like the fact that we were kept posted on the progress. After our 30K service, our vehicle had a strong odor of paint inside and the headliner console bolts were laying in the sunglasses holder. When we took it back to ask what happened, we were told that the tech didn’t have anything to do with that; they probably both “worked their way out.” This was an unlikely circumstance - especially since there was no rattle or console gap until we left after the service was performed. After being told they didn’t even have a star tool to take them out with, someone mysteriously came up with the tool and installed the bolts. There was no investigation done beyond a text. There were lots of excuses made and we left upset because we feel like our concerns were not heard. Toyota south will not be servicing our vehicles any longer.
