Trevor and Nate from finance helped to correct an oversight of the tire warranty we purchased when we bought the Highlander. Both gentleman provided great service. I do think there should be a stop/note on the computers in the service area to alert employees that there are extended warranties purchased on vehicles, especially easy to identify vehicles purchased at same dealership.

I had my car in last because 2 of the 4 tire sensors had gone bad. I spent almost $500!! This week another sensor is beginning to go,so I go back and Matt tells that it's not really necessary to replace them. So why didn't he tell me that last week and save me $500!!!!

The sales service guy Matt was great! Service was completed in a timely matter and as always quality was great! The thing that I was a little disappointed was, every other time I brought one of my vehicles that purchased from you guys. They either washed it and sometimes top off the gas! This time. One of that was done, I know it’s a small item but it really makes the customer feel comfortable about bringing their cars here to be serviced. Knowing they are going to be taken care of! But overall, Thanks!
