Thank you always taking care of my Prius. I could drive 5 minutes to a different Toyota dealership for my service - but I don’t and won’t. Toyota South is more than worth the drive. If they fix it, it is fixed. For maintenance, they tell me what is due for my car , but then *I am asked* what I would like them to do. Yesterday, Matt told me what to look for when my Prius battery was getting close to needing replacement. Then he told me I’d be set for another 3-5 hundred thousand miles. Of course, he also asked me whether I’d thought about trading in for a new Prius - and I covered my ears ~Lalala-I-Can’t-Hear-You~ and we both laughed!

Matt really helped out, not by fixing the problem, but by giving me the best advice going forward on finding the fix so that I wouldn't be wasting money on the wrong fix. This might not make sense if you weren't the one doing the error codes or working on the car but as a single family car owner and single income I 100% appreciate the advice given and look forward to bringing my car there and finding the correct fix when it goes into safe mode again.

Trevor was and has been great to work with. However, I was charged $79.50 just to have my car diagnosed. I was told to fix it would be another $420 and parts would need to be ordered. I wasn’t happy with that at all. I called a few other places. Found one that not only had the parts in stock but charged $288 less to diagnose, replace, and program the parts I needed. I found that both interesting and unsettling.
