The staff was very professional and courteous. I will make only one suggestion. Keep some sanitizing wipes in your service area. It’s a given that the hard-working service people don’t always have time to wash their hands. I keep hand sanitizer and napkins in my console. I am a nurse. I have to wipe my steering wheel and handles off every time ANYONE services my car. I can feel the dirt on my steering wheel EVERYWHERE, EVERY TIME my car is serviced. It’s not site-specific. My suggestion is to have some sani-wipes in your customer area, so that people have use of them, if they so desire. Otherwise, my car was serviced well.
